I cannot connect my Roku Stream App, it keeps saying my high speed account needs a video subscription

Good evening @user_k3h5oo, and thank you for reaching out on our Forums with your Roku stream app concerns. To confirm, are you trying to stream using the XFINITY Stream app? If so, is this error happening on all channels or specific channels? Have you also confirmed the app is up-to-date?
