i'm presuming you have HD service. on the my account app, TV tab, and subscribed channels link. scroll down to the 1000 numbered channels and locate that channel (local will be similar to 1012) then tune to that channel directly on a set top box connected TV. does the channel 'tune in'? if not is there an error message/error number? using a smart phone/tablet/Roku/PC stream the same channel in the home while connected to your home internet. does the channel tune in and play normally on the streaming device(s)?

use the xfinity my account app, the TV tab and select channel lineup. does the channel appear there?
