Requires xfinity Internet error msg

All of a sudden, I started getting an error message that says “requires Xfinity Internet” when accessing apps I’ve always accessed. My Internet is working just fine. I have unplugged everything and restarted everything. The problem is still there. I cannot get through to Xfinity in any way shape or form. Does anyone have suggestions?

Hi user_f3h7jo, thanks posting here on the community forums! Sorry to hear that your running into errors! Streaming apps on X1 do require internet service through Xfinity to work. To confirm, do you have Xfinity internet, or do you only have TV service with us?
