Removing Peacock Premium Plus

I have tried to cancel Peacock Premium Plus from my Xfinity account since May. I have talked to customer service, tech support and billing, agents, supervisors and managers, and no-one has been able to ensure my removal requests are completed and the extra charge for Peacock Premium Plus is removed from my bill. I tried, per instructions, to remove Premium Plus and also tried to remove Peacock Premium in total from my Xfinity account with no success. I have tried to remove it though my Peacock account and cannot because it is billed by Xfinity.

Xfinity advertises that you can cancel the streaming channels any time. Xfinity's web site does not work to remove this service and no one at Xfinity can get it done from their end.

I have received refunds for 2 month's of payments for Premium Plus after many phone calls, but my future August bill still has Premium Plus getting billed. I was told that my August bill would correct the issue. I was told that my removal order for Peacock Premium I submitted would take affect on June 30. None have turned out to be true.

I request that someone at Xfinity figure out and fix this issue so I can remove Peacock Premium Plus and stop being charged for something I do not watch and do not want to watch.

I am having the same problem.  I have to call every month to have the charge taken off my bill.  I have spoken to multiple people at Xfinity and even tried to have someone at the store help me.  I only signed up for the Premium Plus without ads for one month but have been unable to cancel since May.  I am told that I can't cancel because Peacock Plus is offered as part of my bundle.  If I was able to add it on Xfinity's website, why can't I cancel it.  I am so frustrated, especially since the price is going up this month
