remove device from xfinity stream app
i’ve looked this up a million times and i’ve changed my password already can someone just remove the devices logged into my xfinity stream app. someone’s i don’t want using it is using it and i want them removed. i changed my password but it didn’t log anyone out. idk why there isn’t an option for this on the app like hulu

We can certainly see if this is something we can do from here. Changing the password is certainly a great step but if they are already logged in it's not likely to remove any users you don't want. Here are instructions on how to send us a DM incase you need them:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
