Refund

Hi, I recently canceled my Xfinity service. My closed account shows a credit balance of $88.86. A $95.00 payment was withdrawn from my checking account on August 31.

Could you please confirm whether the $88.86 refund has been processed, where it will be sent, and the expected refund date? I would also like to know what accounts for the $6.14 difference between the $95.00 payment and the $88.86 credit.
