Red Tint while online streaming

I'm trying to view programs via the online streaming service and for every program I click on there is a red tint over the whole screen. This is unique to when I use iMac (Mid 2007)

Browser: Chrome

OS: OS X 10.9.5

Graphics: ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT 128 MB

that is a device/software issue.
