when you use a PC or a smart phone/tablet you are viewing the recordings available on your cloud DVR (not the home DVR). The cloud DVR is in the process of being converted from 60 hours (maximum) to 150 hours (maximum). older recordings on the cloud DVR apparently have already been removed to make room for new recordings.
