Recorded web dvr shows and scheduling no longer visable on line through Xfinity portal
About 2 days ago ,my web DVR shows would not play back
Yesterday all the funtctions ,including streaming TV weren't working and today ,regular TV recording DVR said I had no subscription.
The rest the home DVR and all the functions and saved shows are working once again,but nothing is showing up on the saved or scgeduled app on the web portal.
The Comcast rep says it because of a court ruling ,but my understanding is that is when you try to record using the web portal and not with the regular dvr settings.
Anybody got a clue because Comcast sure doesn't.
