user_le8l7b thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forums page to reach out today. I understand the frustration not being able to access your favorite shows would cause. Are you aware of whether this is an issue impacting multiple recordings or just one?

Comcast simply chooses to ignore us. SHAME. This issue has been posted by myself and others for months.

It's been doing this for quite a long time (weeks?) It seems like they know there's an issue but who knows how long it will take. Just be excited they seem to know it's an issue. Also, if you haven't been with Xfinity very long, WELCOME TO XFINITY! After they fix this, high probability something else odd will start by December LOL
