Re: Xfinity stream app not showing live channels

I am having this issue as well. Only one channel is showing in live tv when I log into streaming services.  I tried doing the system refresh as previously suggested and that did not work. Calling support is also no help.

samanthaP1, looks like we just had to transfer the user ID! Easy-peasy! Truly appreciate the convo in private message. Post again if you ever need assistance.
