I have also had this issue for several weeks.  I have cleared my browser cache, removed xfinity cookies, rebooted the DVR with no change in behavior.

moved your post to the streaming website as your 'reply' was in the xfinity stream app (smart device app) area of the forum.

It was finally fixed about a week ago. A tech who knew nothing about smart phones came to the house and contacted his supervisor while here. He was great and promised to push to find the problem. 48 hrs later it was fixed. Can’t say it was because of that. But I made lots of noise. It’s nuts because the link for support takes you back to Comcast. They sent me an email w an option to link to the developer. It takes you back to Comcast. The supervisor said the techs know nothing about the app and can’t fix it. The techs don’t know that. They just lead you around in a maze. I wrote a strong review about it and talked to a Comcast person who followed up. I emphasized the fruitlessness of the whole thing.
