Re: Horrible Streaming Service

That's great but I have spent more time than I want to admit trying to get my streaming service back to the same operating condition it was two weeks ago.  No help, no support, no resolve.  I keep hearing from Xfinity staff that DEvO took over, but I have about 50% or less the services I had before.  Anyone else finding the same difficulties???

Xfinity/Comcast should have a super web sight but they don't. Aside from long buffering even page changes take forever. These "volunteers" are no more than a sheild for their engineers and employees from responding to us. Why don't Comcast employees come on here and admit they don't care about how Netflix, Amazon and others perform because it steers their viewers to watch chanels they make more money on. I don't know how Comcast slows down some chanels but it is nothing new between Netflix and Comcast. I can have a download speed of 175 mbps and Netflix gets stuck buffereing on 99%, why is that? It is not because of my TV or pc so why is that.

your post is a bit confusing as I read it. do you use the netflix web site to watch netflix and it buffers on your PC? that is not part of comcast at all. did you try using another PC or a smart device (phone/tablet) to view netflix and have a different successful experience?
