Having the exact same issue. Recordings were gone, then came back next day. Then next day couldn't delete shows. Then last night no shows and nothing worked, said I need a subscription when I have one. Still not working today... can't even watch taped shows. Thought it was the Microsoft update so am system restoring but now computer is stuck, writing from iPad...really terrible, switching to rcn

Ranfry, thanks for taking the time to reach out about your streaming issues. 

 

Are you seeing this issue on multiple devices? Have you recently changes your channel package for your home? Are you using your own modem rather than a Comcast rented one?
