Range extender cont'd

Per my previous post, the reason why we are certain that a range extender will resolve our house reception issues is because whenever we have explained our problem, several Xfinity Reps have strongly suggested that we purchase the Xfinity range extender.

When we point out that our purchased plan stated that Xfinity will provide one free of charge if one is required, that is when Xfinity says that additional testing by them is required. Meanwhile our reception issues continue unabated.
