I used to have and Xfinity account but,not anymore.I want to access the movies that I purchased when I did have an Xfinity account.I can’t log onto Xfinity stream to access my movies.

Thank you for reaching out. I hope you are doing well today. I see you had Xfinity services before, but you disconnected. I am sorry to hear that, and we'll be here if you ever decide to come back. I see you are having some trouble accessing your purchased content on the Xfinity Stream App/portal. Can you confirm what occurs when you attempt to log in? Are you using the primary user ID, or is your profile under another user role?
