Problems activating peacock
Every time I try to activate peacock I get a message saying can't activate subscription because you already have an account. Contact your provider. I don't currently have a peacock subscription. Only thing I can think of is I have a included peacock subscription in by internet package and also one in my stream saver bundle. I've tried the xfinity assistant on the app and calling without a solution.

Hello @user_4svtew It usually does indicate that it is linked to the email on file. We did include Peacock with a lot of older plans. Did you ever activate Peacock with us previously?
