problem with peacock activiation

this is all i get and nothing from peacock helps nor does xfinity question just a complete run around. even when i first started the activation process. i have never used peacock and says i have an account.

@user_htiqnx Thanks for posting. The message means the email chosen has been used previously. Usually for a free trial. You can reset the password to continue using the email entered, or try a different email address to activate the subscription.
