Problem with CNN channel on Xfinity Stream App on FireTV
When I am watch the CNN channel on the Xfinity Streaming App on a Fire TV Stick, the channel works fine, until the channel goes to a commercial break, when the channel comes back there is no audio. I have to back out of the channel and go back in. This happens on either of the two televisions I have with a newer Fire TV stick.

Thanks for taking time out of your day to reach out via our Xfinity Community Forums page. When did this start after an update? I'd recommend making sure both the Fire Stick OS and the Xfinity Stream app are on the most up-to-date versions. If you are still having issues after that try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Let me know how that works.
