Problem with CNN channel on Xfinity Stream App on FireTV

When I am watch the CNN channel on the Xfinity Streaming App on a Fire TV Stick, the channel works fine, until the channel goes to a commercial break, when the channel comes back there is no audio. I have to back out of the channel and go back in. This happens on either of the two televisions I have with a newer Fire TV stick.
