Problem connecting to streaming

Just set up xumo streaming box and Everytime I try to load a show I get an error tvapp-00409

Hi there, user_ey533o! Congratulations on getting the Xfinity Xumo Stream box! That is a great service! We are happy to help further with getting it to work. Are you noticing this issue in different apps on the box or just 1 app in particular? Have you tried resetting your modem and the box?

No issues with any apps just the Xfinity stream app.

Every channel gives me this error code and it's on my new xumo box with my new now stream saver service.
