Premium plus not activating

I upgraded to premium plus, but the link to unlink my peacock account isn’t working. I contacted an agent and was told it was a glitch and would be fixed. The agent also told me to follow up with peacock which i did - they were zero help of course.

the link is still not working - is there any other way to get my peacock subscription to catch up?
