please deactivate my Peacock account so that I can activate Peacock Premium
I am eligible for Peacock Premium. I get the message that Xfinity is unable to link Peacock to my Xfinity account. I need my Peacock account with Xfinity deactivated so that I can activate the Peacock Premium. I have talked to 3 or 4 agents who couldn't fix the problem. I have a ticket # CR251025228. When I go to the Subscriptions menu, Peacock is not showing there, only Paramount +. Please help.
