Playback problem

Does anyone know what is going on with the xfinity app? I can’t watch anything that I record on it. Recordings will play for a few minutes but then the picture will freeze and all I get is the audio. This is happening on both my iPad and iPhone. Is this issue being addressed by xfinity?

Hello, @Ldl17. Thanks for posting on our community forums. I'm sorry to hear about your recording issues on our Xfinity Stream App. Is this happening if you access the recording on the Xfinity Stream website as well? Or just the Xfinity Stream App? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the App? Is the Xfinity Stream App up to date? Are your devices up to date with the latest iOS? You can check our Xfinity Stream App minimum system requirements document for more information.
