Playback Issue:: TVAPP-00249 After iOS update
Cannot play any channels on the Xfinity Stream App for iPad after iOS upgrade to iOS 18.5 today. Error message is Playback Issue:: TVAPP-00249. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and still getting the same error message. Also tried restarting the iPad.
Please help!

I am receiving the same issue. Deleted app and reinstalled also shutdown iPad and restarted. Nothing fixes this any suggestions? I am on the iOS 18.5 version too
