Playback issue 1001 error 4
I have xfinity stream on my android phone and it has all of a sudden out of no where stopped working and shows this error ( playback issue 1001 error 4) only shows words on thr app no pictures and I have done everything to fix the issue uninstalled it re installed did updates reset my phone cleared cache even called support and got zero help .... please help 😔

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
