I am trying to stream on demand and dvr from my phone and repeatedly get this message: 

Playback Issue:: TVAPP-00400

We're sorry, something unexpected just happened. Please try again.

I can’t find this code listed anywhere in the troubleshooting support. What does it mean and how do I fix it?

@user_oc7hse Thank you for reaching out to us over our Community Forums. This error message can generate if there is some sort of broken link, or connection in the Xfinity Stream app or portal. Clearing the cache, and cookies on the device will normally resolve this type of issue. Also, if you are using the Xfinity Stream app on your phone, I would suggest removing it, and reinstalling the app.
