Playback error 1001 error 4
I cannot watch any "available" channels on my mobile devices (Samsung s20+ and fire kindle 10) when I'm away from my home network. I get playback issue 1001 error4 on both devices when trying to watch live TV. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no success.

I am sorry to hear about the trouble you are having with streaming these networks outside of your personal home wifi network. Just to clarify, are you attempting to stream one or more of the available networks that we have listed for streaming here?

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
