Play back issue with cloud dvr
I noticed that @ Week has went by & I'm unable to use the playback feature on my Xfinity stream app both on smart phone & Android tv. The message I receive on screen is either delete recording or go back to recording. I have reset modem, deleted cache in both app & browser, removed stream app & reloaded, signed in/out of xfinity stream app. So exhausting that I want to know is something wrong with cloud dvr & is Xfinity working on issue.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
