Platinum Peacock Offer not Activating
Spent hours in multiple chats yesterday. I was able to claim Peacock for being Platinum member but not activate. Site and app just sent in circles. Multiple times had to clear cache as page eventually let to bad gateway. Gave warning on top screen Flex no longer available to chat person said I needed to exchange for Xumo device. Went in and exchanged and people there spent next 2 hours trying to setup Peacock w/ no success themaelves. Just told me to try chat again after no success for hours day before. One page says I have service that needs activation, we click on Activate now and it just either logs out or goes back to manage subscription button then back and forth. Why offer something you, reps or store reps can't get to work and keep sending to new reps to explain all over and try every step over and over. Experience is just motivation ro move away from Xfinity finally.
