Platinum Member - No Access to Active Peacock Premium

Hello,
I am an Xfinity Platinum Member. About a year ago Xfinity notified me that I had FREE Peacock Premium Subscription with my account. All I had to do was click the link in the email and it would be active. It does shows "Active" on my Xfinity account but then it goes into an endless loop when I try to "Manage" the subscription. I tried to get help from several Xfinity Phone Customer Service Assistants and the Online Assistant, but no one knew what to do, so I gave up! Fast forward to last Monday ... I received an another email reminding me that as an Xfinity Platinum Member have the Free Peacock Premium Subscription. All I have to do is activate it with the email link. I tried again ... sooooo, I just spent the last 2 hours trying to figure it out but seems I am in the same loop again and no joy. Please help me solve this issue, finally. Thank You.
