Pixelation On Xfinity "Live-TV" HD Channels
Please be aware my wife and I are not Tech-savy! I may give more information than required but please ask if I appear to have left important information out.
The problem appears to be with the live-tv HD channels. PBS, TBS, TVLand, etc. will open and look okay for a few seconds then pixelate. If I'm not mistaken, even if you select the standard definition channel on the TV guide it appears to go to the HD by default on several stations. (On my computer Xfinity Live-TV does not switch to the HD channel and the standard definition channels I listed above do not pixelate). This problem does not affect any of our other channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HULU, etc.
We have our own modem (Motorola) and WIFI router (NetGear) and two Roku tvs (TCL 4K, ONN 4K). The TVs and router are new. The TVs are connected "wireless" through the router.
I've already been through the standard checks, unplugging-replugging, checking all the connections.
We certainly don't want to call a tech if there's somethin we may be able to correct ourselves. Appreciate any suggestions.

call 800-comcast and select tech support cable TV. they will know a tech visit is necessary to fix/check the signal at the demarcation (entry) point to your residence. Covid rules in place will determine if they can test inside.
