I need to get to a real person to help me with an email problem - my email doesn't open and says I have to contact you. That is impossible!
Xfinity customer service no longer exists. I'm switching to a gmail account. Nothing can be worse than xfinity. Now i know why so many of my friends and family have gmail accounts. [Edited: All Caps]

Are you trying to access the email box using our email website, https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net/ or through another application such as Outlook? When was the last time you were able to login and view your emails?
