I received an email that I have an unredeemed Peacock Premium activation, but when I login to my account, I do not have the option to activate it. How can I activate it?

To manage third-party services on Xfinity, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Xfinity account.
  2. Click on the **Services** drop-down menu and select **Manage Additional Services**.
  3. Navigate to the **3rd Party** tab to view all OTT subscriptions billed through Xfinity.
  4. Click the drop-down arrow next to each subscription for more details

Let me know if you can see Peacock listed there.

I do not have a "manage additional services" option under the Services drop-down menu.
