Peacock
As a so called Diamond customer, (is that supposed to get me perks or what), finding what I need to get back on Peacock it went non-free for XFin. customers is rigged to cause confusion and to encourage customers to just give up. 3 times it wouldn't load Peacock, then I find out I have to be an Xfinity Rewards customer. Another round of web pages and confusion. Then another email, with another link to sign in to join Peacock. Anyway... it was a mess. How can you make this so difficult for customers who already pay a high rate, for years and years? It's convoluted and really quite unfair to the loyal customers.
