Peacock Subscription Disappeared?

I have been on the 1GB wifi speed plan for over a year. We recently took advantage of the free peacock subscription offer. I enabled it without any issues but when I checked a month later, the subscription disappeared. When I go to the activate Peacock page, it says I don't qualify. I should qualify because I haven't made any changes to our plan. What is going on?

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send
