Peacock reward

Just received email that ticket( created a month ago) has been resolved re Peacock reward. It has not., no banner, no activation. This is getting ridiculous. Email says click here ask question, when I do, just get robo repeating same thing over and over despite asking to connect with agent. After over 24 years with Comcast, $318.00 a month, I am ready to switch. Something so simple has turned into such a farce. Looking elsewhere.
