Peacock Reward Missing from StreamStore / Provisioning Loop

I claimed my Peacock reward and received the activation email. However, clicking the link logs me into Xfinity and loads a completely blank StreamStore page, trapping me in an endless loop. I have already cleared cache/cookies and tried direct activation links, but the tile is missing. I need an agent to manually clear the old, hung Peacock billing code from my profile and push a fresh entitlement token to my account.
