Peacock Question

I received Peacock Premium based on being a Diamond Member. I have a second home in North Georgia where Xfinity is not offered. I already know the Xfinty Stream app won't work in the N. Georgia home because it is in an area that Xfinity doesn't service. My question is will the Peacock App work there using a non Xfinity Internet.
