Peacock problems activating

So I'm over at www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and it says "Activatation required" and "activate'.  I hit the "activate" button to head to get the new pop up that says "active peacock premium" which takes me to https://www.peacocktv.com/partner/failure.  I'm not sure why I'm getting the failure message and I've tried on different browsers.  Anyone experience this before?
