peacock premium

As with others, despite the free peacock premium subscription being activated (and Peacock noting that my subscription is being managed by Xfinity), I cannot access Peacock premium content. Please advise.

I have spent two hours trying to get my peacock premium. Half the time on a live chat and then with customer service.I am told I have to cancel my old peacock plan when I try I am told I do not have a plan.

I can't access peacock premium either. I'm a diamond member, but there is ZERO way to get the free access they promise.

Hello @user_79tvrc If you are a Diamond member trying to access the free Peacock subscription you first need to redeem the reward through the Xfinity Membership website https://www.xfinity.com/membership . If you are not seeing the option for that free subscription in your available rewards we can open a ticket with our support team for the Xfinity Membership program to have it added.

If you do see it you can redeem the reward and then activation instructions will be emailed to you. If you currently pay for Peacock you will need to cancel it and let the final cycle end before activating the free subscription.

I have the same issue. My Xfinity account shows that I have claimed the offer but most content in the Peacock app on the TV box says I have to upgrade. If I log in to Peacock, it shows the 'Upgrade' page.
