peacock premium

As with others, despite the free peacock premium subscription being activated (and Peacock noting that my subscription is being managed by Xfinity), I cannot access Peacock premium content. Please advise.

I have spent two hours trying to get my peacock premium. Half the time on a live chat and then with customer service.I am told I have to cancel my old peacock plan when I try I am told I do not have a plan.
