Peacock Premium Subscription
Hi Support, I am a 10+ year Diamond Rewards member trying to activate my Peacock Premium benefit. I am stuck in an endless loop at ://xfinity.com. The page tells me I have a subscription that needs to be activated, but clicking the link just refreshes the page and goes in circles. I need an official agent to manually push the backend account entitlement token to sync my Xfinity profile with Peacock. Thank you.

Apparently I need the same. I just spent am hour and a half in a chat that also went in circles. I was told that I would have to wait an hour and the offer would then be available. It's been more than an hour and you guessed it, nothing.
