Peacock premium sign in.

The Xfinity app is telling me that Peacock is activated. I'm unable to login to the channel. This should be a free service through the rewards program since I'm at the Diamond level.

Hello speed9a9 thank you so much for taking the time to reach us here via our Xfinity Forums regarding your Peacock Premium. There are several ways t help resolve this issue:

Can you please first go to Xfinity Peacock Activation, and follow the prompts for activation?

If this shows you are already active, then please go to Peacocktv.com and login. *This login may not be the same as your Xfinity ID/password*

If you can do so, we recommend signing in first via your X1 Box, and then on other mobile devices.

I've tried this several times. It takes me to the Peacock home screen. There it says to subscribe to the service. If I sign in again the loop starts over again. Xfinity indicates that Peacock is activated for my account. Is there anyway I can talk or chat to a real person at xfinity. This is very frustrating.

I am sorry to hear that you are still running into that issue @speed9a9. I can look further into that for you from here. Could you send us a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
