Peacock Premium Plus

I am paying $6 a

 month to get peacock premium plus with no ads. However on my TV I only get premium with ads. I checked the Xfinity website and it says that I have Peacock premium plus for an extra fee. However, there is no status. Please help!

dc616 We appreciate you reaching out to us over our Community Forums. We would be more than happy to help get you pointed in the right direction. I would recommend logging into your Peacock account through a web browser, click on account, devices, and sign out all. Then log back into the Peacock app on your TV to see if the subscription status has updated.

I get Peacock Premium Plus through Xfinity.  When I log in to my Xfinity account it confirms Premium Plus.  But when I log in to Peacock and go to my account it says I only have Peacock Premium.  I tried signing out of all devices and signing in again but it didn't work.
