Peacock Premium Plus Not Showing on Peacock App

I have upgraded to Peacock premium plus through Xfinity.  I have been paying for it for a few months; however, when I log into to Peacock, it shows only premium so I am still stuck with ads.  I cannot change through Peacock, because I pay through Xfinity.
