Peacock Premium Not activating
I went to activate the peacock premium service and got an error saying that my peacock service has already been activated. I canceled an old account in September 2025 that did have Peacock, but that account no longe has access to peacock services.

Good evening @user_v1wa2r, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums with your Peacock activation issues. I see that you're receiving an error stating that your service is already active.
When you try to access Peacock, does it show that you’re currently subscribed, or does it prompt you to sign up for a plan? Also, are you using the same login credentials that you used with your previous account?
Once we know a bit more, we’ll be able to better proceed!
