Peacock Premium is NOT working

Can someone PLEASE help me log into my free Peacock.  Jeez clearly it's an issue in your end and I keep getting the same message.  I have tried for weeks it does not work your instructions are bogus.  I've activated it-- it did not provide the next steps nor did I get an email.
