Peacock Premium for Platinum

Hello Support, I am a Platinum Rewards member trying to claim my free Peacock Premium perk. I clicked redeem on the app, but it glitched out. The perk is completely missing from my 'Redeemed Benefits' history, my Xfinity StreamStore says I have no active subscriptions, and the direct activation page says I am ineligible. I need a Tier-2 specialist to manually drop the $0 Platinum Peacock Premium entitlement token onto my account profile.
