Peacock Premium Benefit Error

I am trying to activate the Peacock Premium benefit included with my subscription but I am completely stuck on Error PPG_0017. I have tried the standard activation page and my account is stuck in a loop. I need a representative to submit a backend ticket for a Peacock entitlement reset and a backend account unlinking because my Xfinity ID is tied to an incorrect or old Peacock token.
